Buyers may not exchange one print for a different print

In the event you receive the wrong print, we will ask that you return it to us. We will cover the return shipping fee.

In the event your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, we will evaluate the damage and determine whether or not to have you return it. If we require that it be returned, we will cover the return shipping fee.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Shipping Carriers and Timeframe

We ship all items via the following depending on order type and size:

USPS priority mail 1-3 business days
UPS Ground
FedEx Ground

Shipping timeframe for UPS or Fed Ex ground are 2-7 business days depending on your delivery location. Items shipping to HI or AK can take 10+ business days.

At this time, due to shipping costs we are only able to accept orders from US customers. We are not able to provide international shipping.
Order Processing Timeframe

All our pieces are made to order. That means, once you place your order it goes into a queue for printing. All orders are made in the order in which they are received. We need 2-5 business days for processing.

All orders received after noon EST will be considered the following business day.

Rest assured, you will receive your order within 3-10 business days from date of order (unless you are a resident of Hawaii or Alaska. Shipments to HI or AK can take 10+ business days). Most orders are received within a week of placement.
